Introduction to Tai Chi and Qigong for Health Mindful Movements with empowered breath

Join us for an informative, introductory program and learn more about Moving for Better Balance.

If you have found traditional exercise programs too aggressive or even painful, the unique non-impact, gentle movements of Tai Chi combined with proper breathing (qigong) are not painful and yet are proven highly effective.

In addition, unlike traditional exercise, our programs can be done seated or standing depending on your physical limits and needs. Our goal is to empower you with proven tools and techniques that, when done properly, will improve your overall health, strength and sense of well-being.

This is also a great time to get real answers to your questions from a certified and medically trained Tai Chi/Qigong professional.

We have several programs that are evidence backed and recommended by the Mayo clinic, Harvard Medical and the CDC (Center for Disease Control).  They include, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Moving for Better Balance and Tai Chi for Health.  Studies show when Tai Chi is performed, 3 major components are working together; Movements, Meditation, and Deep Breathing. In February 2015, the CDC released a new report showing that participating in a Tai Chi based program is both cost effective and proven to reduce an individuals’ risk of being injured from a fall.
