Alternative Primary Care & Insurance Coverage

Below is list of private insurance providers that may reimburse for acupuncture treatment based on your plan.  If you do not see your company in the list this does not mean you will not be covered.  About 70% of health insurance companies WILL cover Acupuncture treatments without a referral?

With so many providers and different plans negotiated by individuals or employers it is always best to inquire with your insurance company for coverage details.

Personal injury coverage (PIP) will discontinue paying for  acupuncture treatments at the end of 2012.

We also offer to submit your claim to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for you.

If you do not have coverage for acupuncture, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is affordable.

Here is a list of providers that have offered reimbursement for acupuncture care. Please contact your insurance carrier for more details on coverage under your plan.(again, if you don’t see your provider, it does not mean that benefits are not available)
